Lockheed Pacstar, 1965, articulated 12x12 was 450 kg payload for an equivallent mass and used Goodyear Terra-Tires. Built by LockheedAircraft Service Company, Sunnyvale, CA, several units could be linked. 35 hp, with together skid steering and articulation in yaw. Probably only one built. Sure Trek proto articulated 8x8 built by Good Year Aerospace in late 60. It will be sold by AMF : American Machine and Foundry Company, Pensylvania, largest US equipment recreational company from 1943. Today, it remains only AMF Bowling Corporation. AMF (American Machine and Foundry) Sure Trek was a 8x8 articulated ATV whose about 300 copies were produced in 1969-70 in York, Pensylvania. Gordon Fisher, who patented this nice vehicle in 1967, also created the Canadair Fisher CL 213 amphibious ATV in 1963-64.
